Cooking Classes: secrets of tradition

An opportunity to discover the authentic flavors of Puglian cuisine. Guided by our chef, guests will learn step by step the techniques and traditions of local cooking, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients from the region.

Shared Cooking Class (1 hour)

A relaxed and convivial experience to enjoy alongside fellow guests, held on selected days of the week and dedicated to the great classics of Puglian cuisine. Themes vary throughout the season and may include:

Flavours of Puglia – preparing traditional orecchiette served with meatballs, following a classic local recipe.

Hands in the Dough – learn how to make the beloved Puglian panzerotti, golden and perfectly crisp.

Puglian Focaccia – discover the secrets behind a fragrant, soft focaccia prepared according to tradition.

Private Cooking Class with Lunch or Dinner (2,5 hours)

A more intimate and personalized experience, guided step by step by our chef. During the class, guests will prepare three different types of handmade fresh pasta, to be enjoyed at the end of the lesson:

Pasta with fresh tomato and basil.

Pasta with a seasonal sauce selected by the chef.

“Signature” pasta, a unique recipe with sugar, ricotta and lemon.
